Sutton Group - Professional Realty "I just found my dream home on FallRiverRealEstate.ca"

After living in Calgary, Alberta for a number of years, my family and I returned to Nova Scotia in 1994.  With my wife and our four sons we settled into Fall River.  Prior to my start in the real estate business four years ago, I was involved in the industrial distribution and fire protection business; impacting both on the local and national stage.

I am passionate about the greater community and am confident about guiding the residents of the area with their Real Estate needs.  I am licensed in the province of Nova Scotia; however I work throughout HRM with a particular focus on areas of District 2.  I enjoy supporting perspective new residents in our community, assisting them in obtaining a suitable and highly favorable lifestyle.

I am engaged in the full service transaction of Real Estate, as a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors. My services include MLS home listings and all related aspects and professionally guiding perspective buyers with their purchases. My focus is to ensure best value and legal clarity for my clients while taking care of “ALL” the details and being available around the clock.

Living in Fall River has given me the opportunity to be involved in a number of community projects:

-         Founding President of the Fall River Minor Football Association

-         Project Manager (including fund-raising) for the construction of the LARA (Lockview Area Ratepayers Association) tennis court on Lockview Road.

-         Past Board member of LARA.

My office is located at #7 Lockview Road, Fall River. I emphasize the use of technology and take pleasure in offering the community a distinctive Real Estate experience. My goal is manageable growth with an eye to unmatched service and continued 100% customer satisfaction.

Real Estate is my work and Real Estate is my hobby.  As well I am an active member at Oakfield Golf and Country Club. Being a father to basketball players, when not working real estate I can be found at one of many venues in the area cheering the boys on. I haven’t determined what my next significant community endeavor shall be, but stay tuned…
